Get into the St Patrick's Day spirit and join in the fun on this day trip exploring the beautiful Pioneer Valley.

A short drive away is the Pioneer Valley Museum in Mirani housing displays on the sugar industry, indigenous artefacts and a large natural history section. 

The St Patrick's Day celebrations begin at O'Shea's Irish Pub in Walkerston with lots of laughs and a delicious lunch before returning to Mackay.
